• Flying doctor’s coverage: (Covers clients within East Africa for a period of 30 days. In the eventuality of a medical emergency, they will be airlifted to Nairobi where they will be taken to a good hospital. Hospital bills are born by the patient.)

1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION) are subject to Cancellation and No- Show fees if cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date:

• • 60 and more days prior to arrival: 0%
  • 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50%
  • 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 75%
  • 14 days prior to arrival a no-show: 100%
  • All cancellations must be given in writing.

*The above excludes any Non-refundable deposits.

   • 25% of the total cost at confirmation to secure rooms.
   • A further 25% of the total cost 60 days prior to tour commencement.
   • Remaining 50% of total cost 31 days prior to tour commencement.

The company shall not be liable for any loss either in part or in full for booked services due to failure to adhere to above terms.
